To console myself over the utter destruction left behind by my 106 mile bike ride I’ve decided to cook up a storm and eat until I explode!!! So tonight it looks like this: Grass fed beef, sweet potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, fire-roasted tomatoes, olive oil, Chia seeds, Hemp seeds, spicy Asian sweet chili sauce, lots of coconut milk and some coconut water. Boom!!! Here you have an easy-to-make all organic carbo-fat-and-protein bombshell of of a dish that can be easily frozen and reheated.
Tonight it’s everything I need to nourish my body and comfort my soul with the taste of salty sweets and meat.
Throw in spices like Tumeric powder, Cumin, Chili powder, Bay leaves or Basil and see where it takes you. Like it sweeter? Try adding some honey! There is little you can do to screw this dish up from here.
It’s affordable,easy-to-make, , and insanely delicious. So what’s your excuse??? I say it’s time we get smart about our food!
